Welcome to Lisibl. Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using our website or purchasing a pass. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Agreement to Terms

By purchasing a Lisibl pass or using the Lisibl application, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. The Service

Lisibl is a digital application designed to help families pin, preserve, and curate childhood memories (photos, voice memos, and notes) securely. We offer different tiers of access ("Passes") which grant varying levels of storage and functionality.

3. Payment Terms

Unlike many digital services, Lisibl is intentionally designed as a one-time purchase. There are no recurring subscription fees.

• All prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified.
• Payment is processed securely at the time of checkout.
• Your pass grants you access to the specific features outlined in your chosen tier (Starter, Unlimited, or Legacy) for the lifetime of the product.

4. Refund Policy

We stand behind the quality of Lisibl. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply contact our support team within 30 days of your purchase, and we will issue a full refund to your original payment method.

5. License & Acceptable Use

Upon purchasing a pass, Lisibl grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application for your personal, non-commercial family use.

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the application.
• Use the service to store or distribute illegal, abusive, or harmful content.
• Resell or redistribute your pass credentials to individuals outside your immediate family.

6. User Responsibilities

You are entirely responsible for the content you pin within Lisibl. If you are using a local-only pass (Starter or Unlimited), you are solely responsible for ensuring your data is backed up. Lisibl cannot recover lost data for local-only accounts.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Lisibl and its creators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, resulting from your access to or inability to access the service.

8. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify pass holders via the email address provided at checkout. Your continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new terms.
