Delete your Lisibl account
You can delete your account and its associated data directly in Lisibl, including from a web browser without reinstalling the app.
Self-service deletion
- Open Lisibl and sign in.
- Go to Settings > Account.
- Choose “Delete my account permanently.”
- Confirm with your password and the requested word.

If you can no longer sign in
Send a request from the account email address to privacy@lisibl.com with “Account deletion” in the subject. We may request reasonable verification before completing the request.
What is deleted
- Profile, sessions, preferences, and notification subscriptions.
- Personal memories, photos, videos, voice recordings, drafts, reactions, and shares.
- Google Photos connections and related tokens.
When a map has an accepted co-manager, it may be transferred to them so shared memories are not deleted. Records legally required for fraud, disputes, or accounting may be retained or anonymized for the required period.
Important subscription step
Apple App Store or Google Play subscriptions must be canceled separately in the Store. Deleting the Lisibl account does not stop Store billing. Stripe subscriptions are canceled during deletion.
Export or correct data before deletion
In Settings > Account, you can download a JSON copy of your data. You can also correct your profile, delete a memory, revoke sharing, disconnect Google Photos, or disable optional analytics without deleting the account.
