Your memories and stories are personal. We treat them that way.

Lisibl is built on a simple belief: technology should help preserve meaningful moments, not exploit them. Your maps may contain private photos, videos, voices, places and family stories, so we want to be clear about the principles that guide the service.

🏠 Your Lisibl space is yours

Lisibl is a private space. Your maps sit behind your account and are accessible only to people you choose to give access to.

• We do not share your memories, photos, videos or voices with people you have not chosen.
• We do not use your memories to train our own AI models.
• We do not publicly expose faces, names or locations contained in your maps.

A map or memory becomes accessible to someone else only when you invite them or deliberately use a Lisibl sharing feature.

🚫 We don't sell your data

You are not the product. The people in your memories are not the product either.

• No advertising targeted from the content of your memories.
• No selling, renting or trading your photos, locations or personal information to data brokers.
• No marketing profile built from the content of your maps.

Lisibl's business model is based on subscriptions, lifetime purchases, gifts and options explicitly chosen by users.

🗄️ You stay in control of your data

• You retain ownership of the content you upload or create.
• You can export your memory data from Lisibl for your own records.
• You can delete memories, maps or your account using the options provided in settings.
• Some legal records or residual technical copies may be retained only for the necessary periods described in our Privacy Policy.

👥 Sharing stays on your terms

You decide who can access each map and what role they have.

• People access maps through invitations or sharing mechanisms you choose.
• Access can be changed or revoked from Lisibl.
• There are no public profiles, public follower lists or public feeds built from your memories.

🔐 Security is part of the product

• Data is transmitted over HTTPS/TLS connections.
• Passwords are hashed when used and permissions are controlled by role.
• Children's data is managed by a parent, guardian or authorized adult; child access remains under their control.
• Stripe, Apple or Google process payments according to the purchase channel. Lisibl keeps the necessary purchase status and identifiers, not payment card numbers.

No online service can promise absolute security. Our Privacy Policy describes the service providers, processing and safeguards in more detail.

🌱 Our product commitment

Lisibl is not a public social network and is not designed as a race for attention. Private reminders, milestones and discovery tools are there to help people preserve stories, not to create public competition.

• No public popularity metrics or ranking between families.
• No unnecessary notifications whose sole purpose is to increase time spent in the app.
• Privacy and control of memories come before growth metrics.
